1. Who can use Cura

You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract. If you book for other people, you confirm you have their permission to give us their details and that you are authorised to accept these terms and the supplier's terms on their behalf.

2. What Cura is

Cura is a travel agent. It gets to know how you travel, then books your trips and runs them while you are on them: flights, hotels, trains, visas, check-ins, points, fare drops, and whatever breaks at 2am.

Cura is an agent, not a supplier. We do not operate aircraft, hotels, trains or cars. When we book something, the contract for that travel is between you and the supplier providing it, on their terms and conditions.

3. Your account

  • Give us accurate information, and keep it accurate. Names must match your travel documents.
  • Keep your account secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Cura for anything unlawful, or in breach of any applicable travel, sanctions or immigration law.
  • Give us false traveller details, or book using a payment method that is not yours.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or the systems behind it.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the service.
  • Use Cura to harass, abuse or harm anyone, including our staff and our suppliers' staff.

5. Inbox access

If you connect an inbox, we read only travel-related messages, and we do not send email as you. You can revoke access at any time. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Bookings and suppliers

Every booking is subject to the supplier's own fare rules, conditions of carriage, and terms. Those terms sit on top of these, and where they conflict on matters of the travel itself, the supplier's terms govern.

Prices and availability change constantly. A price is only fixed once the booking is confirmed and payment has been taken. If a fare or rate disappears between you asking and us booking, we will tell you what changed before anything is charged.

7. Payments and what we earn

We earn a commission from hotels and airlines, the same as any travel agent. It is one rate across every supplier, so nothing we recommend pays us more than anything else we could have recommended. We print what we earned on your receipt, next to what we saved you.

You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the bookings you approve, plus any supplier-imposed taxes, fees or surcharges shown to you at the time. Payments are handled by third-party processors.

Open. Whether Cura itself carries a subscription or membership fee is not settled, and no pricing clause appears here until it is. Nothing on this page should be read as committing to a price.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled, and what it costs, is set by the supplier, not by us. We will tell you the rules before you book, and we will do the chasing when you want a change or a refund.

Where a supplier owes you a refund, we will pursue it until the money lands, but we cannot guarantee the outcome or the timing, and we do not refund what a supplier will not.

9. Passports and visas

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents: a passport with enough validity for your destination, the right visas, and any required vaccinations or entry permissions.

Cura will tell you what you need, warn you when something is about to fail, and file visa applications for you where we can. We are not responsible for a visa being refused, for an application a consulate rejects, or for being denied boarding or entry on documents that were not in order.

10. Advice and accuracy

Cura uses AI to plan, compare and draft. AI-generated content can be wrong. A person checks every booking before your money moves, but you should still read what is in front of you before approving it.

Information about destinations, weather, opening hours, entry rules and local conditions is provided for guidance, comes from third parties, and is not a substitute for official advice.

11. Acting on your behalf

Some of what a travel agent does is only useful if it happens without asking: checking you in at the minute the window opens, or taking a fare drop at 3am while you are asleep.

Open. The limits on what Cura may do without asking you first, including spend caps, how that permission is granted, and how you undo it, are still being decided. Until this clause is finished, Cura will not spend your money without your explicit approval for that specific booking.

12. Availability

We aim to be there when you need us, particularly when a trip is going wrong, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend or change the service for maintenance or updates, and we will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where we can.

13. Intellectual property

The service, including its design, features, content and branding, is owned by Converse AI Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. You keep ownership of your data: your trips, your preferences and your messages. By using Cura you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Converse AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers: cancelled flights, overbooked hotels, strikes, weather, closures, or anything else outside our reasonable control. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

15. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. You can stop using Cura and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@joincura.club. Ending your account does not cancel bookings already made; those remain subject to the supplier's rules.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

17. Updates

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here with a revised date, and we will tell you directly if a change materially affects you. Continuing to use Cura after a change means you accept it.
